Redwood Ent of Muir Woods by Synaptica Redwood Ent of Muir Woods by Synaptica
I came across this sleeping Ent while walking through Muir Woods in California. I tread quietly so as not to wake him!

It absolutely does look like an Ent !!! Wow !
I love it ! It is very uncommon and you have a great eye (you must like fantasy, do you ?)
Congratulations for the finding !!

P.D. - Do you know how to edit photos ?
I use the very simple Picasa (free from Google, you can just type Picasa in the search to find out).

That would allow you go give this shot a bit more sharpness (if you want, which I think would help)

It is VERY easy to use and you can add light to your works, give them shades, do soft focuses, etc.
Simple things, but they are fun (if you like that).

Thanks you for compliments, and especially the advice. I have been using Adobe photoshop. There was a hazy atmosphere that day because Kilauea Volcano was spewing ash nearby! I will check Picasa.

Oh ! If you use Adobe Photoshop, then you know
all you need to know about managing photos

I have no clue how to work on it, someday I will find the
time to learn, though.
